I am originally from Elmira, NY and our community is extremely important to me. We will always strive to give back to the community and support fellow local business owners. I grew up in Elmira, and attended SUNY Cortland where I graduated with a degree in business economics, with a concentration in Financial Management. Our main priority has always been and always will be, customer service.

It has never made sense to me that insurance is one of the largest monthly expenses for every household, yet it seems no one really understands what they are paying for. At this agency each one of our team members will be trained to make sure that all of our customers understand what coverages they are purchasing. On top of that we will make sure that you will not only feel comfortable asking us questions, but we will encourage it.

We will act as a resource for our customers, we want to educate you on insurance and financial services products so that you can make your own informed decisions on what plan makes the most sense for you and your family. We will continue to be with you every step of the way whether it be questions about your policy, your billing, filing a claim, or anything in between.
